Our residents had a great day out at Monkey World. They all set off at 10 o'clock and made their way to the monkeys! A fun day was had by all, finished off with a cup of coffee and cake! What a fabulous day for all.

Mum needed care at very short notice, due to a recent illness that had set her on a downward spiral. After reading the amazing reviews we spoke to the Administrator. She was so helpful, warm and welcoming that we didn't hesitate to choose Nazareth Lodge for mum. The home does not have any of the typical odours, sometimes associated with care homes, it is spotless, the food is fresh, homemade and has certainly enticed mum into eating again. The staff are so caring, respectful and welcoming to residents and family. Mum is enjoying all the interaction and the trips out. It is so nice to see her bright and engaged again after such a short period of time. A weekly newsletter is sent to the relatives, which is so thoughtful, it makes us feel part of the home. We truly are blessed to have found the best care home in Dorset for our mum. Thank you Nazareth Lodge.

Deciding where my mother should live after our father died was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make. As a family we looked at many homes and were very impressed when we got to Nazareth Lodge with is friendly and professional staff from senior managers to the carers. The carers at Nazareth Lodge are very special individuals, picked for their kindness and empathy.
The residents at Nazareth Lodge are all treated as individuals and can do as much or as little as they wish.
Mum moved into Nazareth Lodge on 1st March 2022. Both she and I were so relieved to find such wonderfully caring staff there. In fact, we have been exceedingly impressed by the friendly, caring and professional attitude, which extends throughout the whole team of personnel working there, towards the residents and their relatives as well as amongst each other.
Mum is now 102 years old and needs a high level of care, and she has been consistently afforded respect and kindness along with an understanding of increasing the care as her condition progresses, physically and mentally. She very quickly “adopted “ the staff as her own family, and I am so grateful to them all for the unconditional love and care they have shown my mother and also to me.
The last few weeks have been, to say the least, a bit of a roller coaster for my mother in law. For this period to end in the haven of Nazareth Lodge has seen our prayers answered and we could not be more grateful. Thank You.

Thank you to all the staff for an excellent evening last night. The food was delicious and there was a lovely atmosphere. I have to remind myself sometimes that its a care home! I think Ma is beginning to feel that it's home for her. We're very pleased.

I am kept informed of my mother's health and what she has been doing and when I visit I always feel welcome and as cared for as her. It is a joy to go to Nazareth Lodge which makes a huge difference to us all. As a family, we are extremely happy with the care and attention my mother gets and it is wonderful that she is very content and we know she is safe and being well looked after.
Mum has been a resident at the Nazareth family for two and a half years and our true appreciation for the love and the care for her is un-measurable. Without the dedication of every member of the caring Nazareth staff, dear mum would not be enjoying her life to the full as she is today.
She is respected, involved in daily activities, medicated, fed the most gorgeous food, kept warm and snug, and we are truly blessed and thankful for what you all do at Nazareth. THANK YOU ALL !!
My mother has been a resident at Nazareth lodge for several years. Whenever I visit my mother always looks comfortable and loved. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There is always a happy atmosphere staff getting on well together, lots of chat with the residents and fun imaginative entertainment. Nazareth lodge is an exceptional place.

My father is being very well cared for and we have absolutely no cause for any complaint. The staff are wonderfully caring, patient and understanding. They always have time for each individual resident and for relatives, always ensuring that we, as visitors, are well looked after and are made to feel welcome. Prior to my uncle's eventual arrival 10 weeks ago, the management of the home were superb in their support for us during a difficult time and arranging the transport from a hospital a few counties away. Thanks to the staff he has settled in well and we are pleased our initial very good impressions of the home have been borne out.
