Care Assistant

We are recruiting for a care assistants to work at our care home. If you have a genuine interest in older people and understand the meaning of “dignity and respect” then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a care assistant to join the team, our shift patterns run from 7am - 9pm to include alternate weekends.

Competitive rates of pay (£8.50-£11.50 depending on experience) and benefits package for the right person.

No experience is necessary as full training is given, but you should have a caring and diligent attitude to helping others.

You will be required to have a clean DBS record, which will be applied for by the home on your behalf.

Night Care Assistant

We are recruiting for a night care assistant to work at our care home. If you have a genuine interest in older people and understand the meaning of “dignity and respect” then we would love to hear from you.

Our Night Shift runs from 9pm-7am with an hourly rate of £9 up to £11.50 depending on experience and qualifications.

Bank Care Assistants

We are recruiting for bank care assistants to work at our care home. If you have a genuine interest in older people and understand the meaning of “dignity and respect” then we would love to hear from you.

Handyman

We are looking for a conscientious handyman to help us ensure the upkeep of our home. The role will involve performing minor repairs of buildings internally and externally.


• Replacing or organising the replacement of broken windows; doors, door locks and closets.
• Repairing and replacing faulty electrical appliances.
• Assisting with Property inspections, identifying any issues.
• Repairing and making recommendations for the general upkeep of the property.
• Assisting with rubbish removal, moving furniture and equipment around the building or properties
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests as required
• Carrying out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Changing light bulbs and checking appliances
• Minor electrical repairs as are within the post-holders limits
• Carrying out painting and decorating as required
• Assisting with carpet cleaning as required
• External maintenance & caretaking, such as gardens fence panels, refuge, gutter
• Decor of properties

Previous experience of a similar position is required.

Hours of work and salary will be discussed at interview stage depending on experience.

Gardener

We are recruiting for a hard-working and conscientious Gardener at Nazareth Lodge. 

You will be reporting to the Proprietor and Manager working to required timescales, with a professional and friendly attitude. 

You will be required to ensure all work carried out will be finished to the highest of standards. 

You may be required to mow the lawns, trimming bushes and hedges, weeding, planting and tending to flower beds etc and other duties as required by the Proprietor and Manager. 

Previous experience of a similar position is required.
