My husband is already a resident and I have spent two weeks in respite care. I have been wonderfully cared for and feel I have recovered very quickly. I cannot fault the staff, who are so caring and gentle and always cheerful. The food is lovely, well cooked and presented. There are plenty of activities organised and outings arranged for mobile residents. This is an excellent care home and its awards are well deserved.
A thank you would in no way suffice for the reassurance and peace that everyone helped to give to me and others during the eight months that RW was with you.
Nazareth Lodge encourages a wide range of activities and outings - although my mother seemed to spend most of her time getting her hair done and having massages!
RW felt safe, he felt protected and he felt comforted by all that was done for him
My father is being very well cared for and we have absolutely no cause for any complaint. The staff are wonderfully caring, patient and understanding. They always have time for each individual resident and for relatives, always ensuring that we, as visitors, are well looked after and are made to feel welcome. Staff made it easy for us to visit and we always felt sure our mother was being well looked after with excellent food, impeccable hygiene and careful thought given to every aspect of what would be best for her individually.
She enjoyed many of the activities organised in the home and I smile at the memory of her being asked to hold back to allow others to answer some questions for the crossword etc!

Prior to my uncle's eventual arrival 10 weeks ago, the management of the home were superb in their support for us during a difficult time and arranging the transport from a hospital a few counties away. Thanks to the staff he has settled in well and we are pleased our initial very good impressions of the home have been borne out.
I am convinced that your incredible care and attention to detail made his last few days as comfortable as humanly possible and it was very humbling for me to witness.

I am kept informed of my mother's health and what she has been doing and when I visit I always feel welcome and as cared for as her. It is a joy to go to Nazareth Lodge which makes a huge difference to us all. As a family, we are extremely happy with the care and attention my mother gets and it is wonderful that she is very content and we know she is safe and being well looked after.
