My mother has been a resident at Nazareth lodge for several years. Whenever I visit my mother always looks comfortable and loved. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There is always a happy atmosphere staff getting on well together, lots of chat with the residents and fun imaginative entertainment. Nazareth lodge is an exceptional place.
Overall Experience
I am kept informed of my mother's health and what she has been doing and when I visit I always feel welcome and as cared for as her. It is a joy to go to Nazareth Lodge which makes a huge difference to us all. As a family, we are extremely happy with the care and attention my mother gets and it is wonderful that she is very content and we know she is safe and being well looked after.
Nazareth Lodge prides itself on the emphasis placed in keeping and training its own staff and this shows in the quality of service and attitude of the staff towards residents and visitors.
My father is being very well cared for and we have absolutely no cause for any complaint. The staff are wonderfully caring, patient and understanding. They always have time for each individual resident and for relatives, always ensuring that we, as visitors, are well looked after and are made to feel welcome. Our friend has been a resident at Nazareth Lodge for over 2 years. We visit her regularly. During that time, we have been totally satisfied with the level of care she has received. The staff are very attentive and the food is good. Her room is modern and cleaned regularly. She is very contented and feels at home. I have been visiting my cousin for a few months now and am very happy to see the level of care has been extremely high all that time. There have been many improvements to the home in the last few months which only make it a better place to live and visit.
Nazareth Lodge - the place is so homely and very up-to-speed with regard to decor and furnishings without that horrid residential home feel. The biggest plus is the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly but at the same time are professional. My Mum has been a resident for 18 months and a daycare visitor for 3 years and has always been so happy there.
My Dad spent a short time there and their care for him in his last days was exceptional he was very happy to be there and so well looked after.
I would thoroughly recommend Nazareth Lodge for your loved ones.

Deciding where my mother should live after our father died was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make. As a family we looked at many homes and were very impressed when we got to Nazareth Lodge with is friendly and professional staff from senior managers to the carers. The carers at Nazareth Lodge are very special individuals, picked for their kindness and empathy.
The residents at Nazareth Lodge are all treated as individuals and can do as much or as little as they wish.
