Thank you for inviting me to your Vintage Tea Party. It was a delightful occasion and delicious tea! It is yet one more evidence of what a nurturing, caring home you provide for the fortunate people who live at Nazareth Lodge.
A thank you would in no way suffice for the reassurance and peace that everyone helped to give to me and others during the eight months that RW was with you.
Nazareth Lodge prides itself on the emphasis placed in keeping and training its own staff and this shows in the quality of service and attitude of the staff towards residents and visitors.
I have spoken with my brother and sister and it goes almost without saying that we are extremely grateful to all the staff at Nazareth Lodge for the way in which they looked after our mother. We are not surprised by the award of an outstanding classification and no doubt a lot was due to the standard of care provided by the staff.
Nazareth Lodge encourages a wide range of activities and outings - although my mother seemed to spend most of her time getting her hair done and having massages!
D particularly enjoyed the daily activities and was always very complimentary about the variety and quality of the meals.
Nazareth Lodge was calm, clean, warm and homely and meeting the Management and staff reinforced my feeling I was doing the right thing by introducing Mum to this potential new home to look after her needs
Always my husband has received excellent care by cheerful, caring staff.
My needs have always been considered and a caring person has always been there when I have needed one.
Nobody wants to admit they cannot care for a loved one.
We are so lucky to have Nazareth Lodge who takes over so well.

Everyone has a friendly, caring approach and there is nothing that is too much trouble
My mother has been a resident at Nazareth lodge for several years. Whenever I visit my mother always looks comfortable and loved. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There is always a happy atmosphere staff getting on well together, lots of chat with the residents and fun imaginative entertainment. Nazareth lodge is an exceptional place.
Overall Experience
Mum moved into Nazareth Lodge on 1st March 2022. Both she and I were so relieved to find such wonderfully caring staff there. In fact, we have been exceedingly impressed by the friendly, caring and professional attitude, which extends throughout the whole team of personnel working there, towards the residents and their relatives as well as amongst each other.
Mum is now 102 years old and needs a high level of care, and she has been consistently afforded respect and kindness along with an understanding of increasing the care as her condition progresses, physically and mentally. She very quickly “adopted “ the staff as her own family, and I am so grateful to them all for the unconditional love and care they have shown my mother and also to me.
I would like to thank you and everyone at Nazareth Lodge for the care you took of my cousin. It was so reassuring to know she was in safe hands. Thank you and your staff also who came to her service last Friday. It meant a lot.
Nazareth Lodge is a truly excellent care home. Unfortunately, my wife's condition of dementia is deteriorating and when she is away from her home surrounding and from my fulltime care, she displays signs of unhappiness.
I know that everything possible was done to make my wife's stay as comfortable as it could be. I look forward to another visit to Nazareth Lodge in the future.
I am convinced that your incredible care and attention to detail made his last few days as comfortable as humanly possible and it was very humbling for me to witness.
I have to thank you especially for the care and support you all gave my father in his last few days. I have related stories to friends with elderly parents that your night staff for instance were singing with him during the long hours of darkness. They couldn't believe it.
