Sad goodbyes to Jane and Sue
It is always sad when a member of our team leaves Nazareth Lodge, but this week is going to be twice as sad with both Jane and Sue leaving to enjoy their retirements.
Jane, our secretary and PA, has been ensuring the smooth running of Nazareth Lodge for over 11 years. She has been in charge of new admissions, liaising with other health professionals and families, staffing, and ordering and maintaining the home's equipment. She has also been responsible for all publicity and community activities - keeping Nazareth Lodge in the hearts and minds of all.
Jane commented, “It will be strange not coming to work every day at Nazareth Lodge but I am looking forward to some “me and my family” time! I am not only leaving an “Outstanding” home but without doubt the nicest “outstanding” team of staff.”
Sue has held the role of our Care Administrator for the last 3 years and has been instrumental in ensuring all our records, processes and procedures meet the Outstanding CQC requirements. She praised the home and staff saying, “It has been a wonderful experience to work at Nazareth Lodge – I will miss residents and staff so much – you are outstanding!”
Registered Manager Natasha Baker said,“I want to thank Jane and Sue for their support over the years, the fun and laughter. They have both been amazing and I will miss them greatly, as will all the staff and residents”
Mr Hult (owner) shared this sentiment saying, "I want to praise both Jane and Sue for their dedication and commitment to Nazareth Lodge and I wish them both well in their retirements."
From the whole team, the residents and families we would like to thank you both for all your hard work and wish you both the best in your retirements.
